Before moving into career consulting, my own career took me through PR, communications and sales, with time spent living and working across Australia, London and Singapore. That experience shaped how I think about careers now: rarely linear, often influenced by changing priorities, environments and opportunities, and sometimes requiring a complete recalibration of what success looks like.

Since making that transition myself, I’ve built my career around helping other professionals navigate their next move. I’ve now delivered more than 2,000 career consulting sessions, worked with clients across industries and seniority levels, and previously held a Head Career Coach role before establishing CBSG.

What I bring to this work is a combination of career development expertise, commercial understanding, communication strategy and practical recruitment insight. I’m interested not just in helping you find a job, but in understanding what makes sense for you, how your experience translates in the market, and how to position that value in a way employers understand.

With qualifications in Psychological Science, Communications and Career Development, and experience as both a Career Consultant and Head of Career Consulting working alongside recruitment and HR professionals, I help clients understand their strengths, identify where those strengths have value, and connect them to realistic opportunities.
